Delivery Charges: We will charge you a minmum of £2.00 per order, the total will be worked out by our system according to the weight of each item.

I'm really sorry, but the cost of delivering items has increased greatly. The Royal Mail has brought in new restrictions on both the size and weight of packages. For instance an Insect Power Ball is now classed as a packet and costs 92p for the postage plus time, label printing and packaging costs, and that's just for one!
We have also experienced reliability problems with our previous courier company, DHL. We had a number of incidents where parcels were sent 'Next Day' but were very slow in getting to the party person, sometimes taking 4 days and arriving only hours before the party. Parcels we're not arriving in the same condition we sent them and I felt this was potentially damaging for our reputation. I couldn't allow this to continue and have therefore signed an agreement with UPS. All parcels will be handled with great care, each delivery vehicle has basket shelving ensuring the parcels cannot get damaged and you, the customer, will be able to track your parcel if you wish.
Of course if you only want a small item, give me a call and I will tell you the exact postal charge and you may then pay by debit/credit card over the phone.
We can advise you by email of your delivery date if you wish. This will be within 5 working days of your order being confirmed, at the latest. Should you have a preferred delivery date, please let us know, it's no problem.
Please note, UPS insist on signatures on receipt of delivery, the drivers are not allowed to leave a parcel without a signature under any circumstances. Should a driver be unable to deliver a parcel they will make two more attempts on alternative days. To make things easier, please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery or alternatively have your parcel delivered to your place of employment.
Standard Delivery: Standard Delivery is within 5 working days of your order being confirmed, to Mainland UK addresses. For delivery to the Scottish Highlands & Islands or UK Islands, please email: mail@froginthefield.co.uk or call 08451 702010 and we will get a quote from UPS. Please also contact us for quotes to deliver to addresses outside the UK.
For next day delivery please call 08451 702010 and we will endeavour to accommodate your wishes. This service is not usually available after 11am owing to packing time and courier collection times, but give us a call and we'll see what we can do!
