This scenario would just result in pretty much the same stuff as before. Oh, what a laugh. When Jacob smiles, it is more of a guffaw. My children have asked me why “Uncle Jakie” as he is affectionately called, “speaks different.” I remind them that we all have different struggles and needs and that’s what makes us special.
